Upon final payment for a project, you will own the following:

• Visual elements created specifically for your project
• Text content created specifically for your project
• The unique combination of these elements that constitute the complete design

I maintain ownership of:

• All elements created prior to your project
• All code not specifically created for your project
• The rights to use your project in my portfolio or other promotional materials

Payment Terms

I require full payment upfront before beginning work on any project. All payments are non-refundable. Specific payment details will be outlined in our project agreement.

Revisions and Project Changes

I offer unlimited revisions during the design phase for each project. Once development begins, major changes may require additional costs. After project completion, any requested changes or additions will be subject to additional fees.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use my services or website, even if I have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate your access to my website and services without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Governing Law
