Parallelo is a lightweight agile workspace SaaS designed for product teams that need clarity without the overhead of traditional project management tools.
The goal was to design a workspace that felt simple, visual, and useful for mixed product teams.

Parallelo needed to help teams: understand initiative-level progress, spot blockers earlier, reduce status-checking meetings, keep tasks connected to a bigger goal, and make agile workflows feel lighter and more accessible.
Parada 03The result
[What changed after launch]
Parallelo evolved from a simple agile board into a more opinionated workspace centered around initiative visibility.
The strongest product direction became Streams: a view designed to help teams understand the state of work without digging through every task.
The result is a product experience that focuses less on managing a board and more on helping teams read what is happening.
